任职要求：Job requirement

1.       高中/(高中)以上文化，5年以上模切行业工作经验

 Highschool or highschool above degree with more than 5 years experience in die-cut industry

2.   熟悉模切产品的制作工艺与品质标准(主要是手机辅料)。 有模切厂(100人以上)产品工程师从职经验

   Be familiar with the production process and quality standards of die-cut products (mainly mobile phone accessories). Have working experience as a product engineer in a die-cutting factory (more than 100 people)

3. 对辅料有深厚了解和运用， 框胶工艺有深入经验优先考虑。对做光学产品、结构产品有一定的经验，相关产品熟悉，如AB胶、OCA、保护膜等；

Have deep understanding for sub materials and their usages

Have in-depth experience in adhesive technology will be priotized

Have certain experience in manufacturing optical products and structural products, familiar with related products, such as AB glue, OCA, protective film, etc.; 

4.   精通模切工艺，并能熟练使用CAD及相关办公软件，责任心强；

  Proficient in die-cutting technology, and proficient in using CAD and related office software, with a strong sense of responsibility

5. 实践平刀， 圆刀，模切机、激光机分条和分切机操作有丰富经验和操作熟练

 Have extensive actual experience and proficiency to operate flatbed machine, rotary machine, cutting machines, laser machine and slitting machines

6.   对制程改善有一定见解，能协助生产处理新产品量产出现的异常；

  Have certain experience in process improvement and be able to assist production in handling abnormalities in mass production of new products;

7.   有同岗位工作经验3年及以上者优先

  Applicants with 3 years or more working experience in the same position will be given priority

8.   有强烈的学习能力.沟通能力.团队合作精神，性格开朗，较强适应新环境的能力和能够独当一面。

 Have strong learning ability, communication skills, teamwork spirit, cheerful personality, strong ability to adapt to new environments and the ability to stand alone.

职位描述/ Job description

1.       负责客户图纸处理，结构确认、审核评估等；

Responsible for customer drawing processing, confirmation, review and evaluation, etc.;

2. 负责刀模图纸，并及时沟通产品结构.材料.公差等问题；

Responsible for die drawings and timely communication on product structure, materials, tolerances and other issues;

3. 负责产品的材料搭配；样品主导，产品量产资料下发等

 Responsible for picking suitable material for product, take lead in sample producing, release of product mass production data, etc.

4. 对产品成本的节约，有自己独立的见解分析能力

Have deep understanding on product cost and analysis capabilities on product cost savings.

5. 支持新项目从研发转移到生产部量产过程。

 Support the transfer of new projects from R&D to production department mass production process.

6. 负责制样产品的跟进，产品工艺的设计，生产过程中异常的处理等

Responsible for the follow-up of sample preparation products, design of product processes, handling of abnormalities during the production process, etc.

7. 解决车间操作异常， 提供技术支援和咨询，促使生产达标

Solve the abnormities and arising problems in productions. Provide technical support and consultation to ensure production meets standards

8. 完成上级领导交付的其它工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
