1.      Job scope:

The ideal candidate will maintain and commit service quality indicators to engage with business partners. This candidate will be focused and have strong analysing skills. They should be able to think critically and use proper analysing tools to assure service quality meet partner ‘s requirement.

 

  • Control & manage operations process in Sorting Center and Delivery Center regards to KPI’s business partners based on data analysis.
  • Innovate operations process to meet with business development
  • Liaise with other departments to enhance & improve service quality and optimize performance efficiency.
  • Instruct & train for related members, partners & other

 

2.      Requirement

  • Graduated from University or above in major of Quality Control, Industrial System Management, Logistics & Supply Chains or related
  • 3 years’ prior in logistic industry
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) skills: good
  • Process Standard Design & Innovation skills: good
  • Proven knowledge in operations, express
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Strong communication skill: English (required) or Chinese (referred)
  • Able to work with high pressure

3.      Working hour & Location

–          08.00 – 17.00 Monday to half of Saturday
