JOB GOALS

International Key Account Manager will develop commercial strategies as well as create and maintain relationships with clients. The successful candidate will work closely with internal team and cross-functional departments to ensure positive working relationships and achieve business objectives.

 

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND CURRENT OBJECTIVES

1 Develop customer relationship

• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

2 Configure the connection between the customer and the team

• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

3 Monitor and track the entire work process

• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

4. Other assigned tasks

• Participating fully in departmental meetings and reports.
• Perform other tasks when requested by management.

 

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Professional qualifications: Economics, Business, Transport
Specialized knowledge: Economy, business, transportation

  • Communicate effectively, clearly expressing one’s thoughts and ideas effectively, using appropriate language and grammar in all forms of written and oral communication.
  • Can effectively communicate and receive two-way information and ideas, using a variety of media and ways to exchange and store information.
  • Analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills to effectively solve operational problems, ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize work
  • Plan and organize, establish the best course of action to achieve the desired results, and organize the resources needed to meet the goals.
  • Possess the specialized knowledge and skills necessary to complete tasks and deliver results in the area of responsibility, and demonstrate an active interest in learning and developing professional skills.
  • Understand and use a common understanding of financial management principles and practices to make informed and responsible decisions, using and balancing information about business drivers and trends such as revenue , cost, customer requirements, short term and long term.
  • Skills in collecting and analyzing data, thereby making forecasts, adjusting plans appropriately and in a timely manner.
    Attention to detail, meet goals by considering every important detail. Achieve accuracy in providing information by thoroughly examining all relevant matters.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Main working place: Main Office SME Logistics company at 39A Ngo Quyen, Hang Bai ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi
  • Working time: 08:00 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday) & 08:00 – 11:30 (Saturday)
  • Lunch Break: 11:45 – 13:15
  • Working equipment: Computer, office software, ELSA system, CRM
