Job Description

♦ Manage and control Lab department and equipment belongs to Lab management
♦ Design procedures for lab and testing and Prepare recipes on spectrophotometer or by visual.
♦ Ensure colour matching, color fastens, lab dip before sending submitting to customers and related departments
♦ Cooperate with dyeing in mass production and as well provide colour code and sample to dyeing for mass production, update the result for new lots of chemicals, dyestuffs, yarn, elastic.
♦ According with dyeing to deal with issues relating to color if any issue arised.
♦ Manage and operate lab equipment
♦ Closely communicate with related departments and customers in order to prepare lab dip, lab reports
Manage lab staff to ensure the work run smoothly

Requirement

♦ Have from 5 year experience at dyeing Lab
♦ Knowledge chemicals, dyestuffs, colour, material method testing. Experience on yarn, elastic, thread is an advantage

Have leadership skill

♦ Good in English communication
♦ Able to work in high pressure.
♦ Excellently handle all of tasks related to dyeing Lab & Production.
