Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • To support Organization’s Management in developing HRGA systems, recruitment planning, remuneration systems, employee engagement and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure effectiveness of HR planning & policies.
  • Improve leaning & development system.
  • Responsible for talent management including motivating and developing staffs’ capacity to achieve highest levels of performance.
  • Perform compensation and benefit activities, including payroll administering and personal income tax.
  • Be a point of contact for staff leave management and ensuring that adequate documentation and leave database is attended.
  • Ensure the implementation of key organization HR policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the HR & Administrative compliance requirements, including reporting and records management requirements.
  • Administering staff health insurance and facilitating the claims.
  • Other administrative activities relating to performance management and other related functions.
  • Maintain asset, asset list and ensure the organization permit are in place.
  • Become the center point for organization correspondence with other external parties, room rental, email correspondence, etc.
  • Perform other duties as required by the organization’s management.
  • Report directly to Korean BOD

Requirement

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree in management, accounting, law, related others
  • Experience: Minimum of seven (5) years of working experience as a HR&GA Manager. Having a work experience in Korean companies will be advantage.
  • Languages: Fluent in Korean ( Speaking English is a plus )
  • Personal Skills & Abilities:
  • Characteristic: soft personality, gentle and precious, skillful, flexible, not rigid and principled. Good interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with Man Power Regulation and Income Tax Regulation
  • Good commercial and business awareness
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, technical, IT and numerical abilities
  • Management and leadership skills including coaching and mentoring
  • Outstanding knowledge of electronic spreadsheetsDemonstrated ability to organize, direct, and perform high level supervisory duties in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale
  • Personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility and drive for result
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Have a high integrity

  • Car transportation from Hannoi ( Pick up at Keangnam Hanoi )
  • Working time: from Monday to Saturday, 8am – 17pm
  • SI, HI according to Labor Law and Insurance Law
