We are looking for CEO position with Job Description below:
JOB SUMMARY
The CEO reports directly to Executive Board and perform main duties as the
following:
•Responsibility for fund raising to invest projects in subsidiary companies according
to set KPIs.
• Responsibility for providing well-founded and documented advice on investment
strategy and other aspects of investment management for Executive board.
• Providing leadership, sourcing and executing investment opportunities.
• Actively working with project / portfolio companies’ post-investment.
• Liaising with Investee’s management teams, and ensure that best financial and nonfinancial practices, including EMS/ESG are implemented.
• Taking board seats in Investee partners, oversight strategy and other aspect of
investment management for Executive Board.
• Responsibility for preparing separate reports on the investment management
activities in KBFM to the Executive Board on a regular basis.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Supervising investment team through-out the entire transaction process including
research, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, deal structure, transaction
negotiation and closing.
• Developing strong knowledge of existing local laws and regulations and be alerted
to the changes to the laws, regulations, and practices as well as the effects on
existing investments and/or enhance current and future investment opportunities
and to optimize exit opportunities in order to achieve the best returns
• Responsibility for ensuring operating in a cost-effective manner and
proposing an annual budget and cost framework for activities.
• Responsibility for communicating, on behalf of the company, with shareholders,
government entities, the public and the media.
• Ensuring that the supervisory and audit bodies can perform their control,
supervisory and audit functions in line with applicable regulations.
• Directing the implementation of market research and exploitation of investment
projects to serve the business plan and development strategy of the Company.
Legal:
• Safeguarding assets in the Fund through appropriate legal means.
• Mitigating legal risks associated with contracts and documentation across all parts
of KBFM’s operations.
Human resource:
• Developing an appropriate management structure within group.
• Recruiting, developing and managing employee’s performance so that company has
the human resources and competence to ensure high professional standards.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent.
• Commercial Real estate/Finance/ Investment background is preferable.
• 10 years of experience in management role with a proven track record in leading
teams and achieving results.
• Solid understanding of fund raising, investment strategies and staff management.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Superior management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations.
• Excellent planning skills to implement strategies to meet the organization’s goals
set by the Executive Board
