Job description:

• Manager the general jobs at HRD Section
• Advise for the developing training & human resource development strategies
• Orient and develop the training program with company’s direction
• Organize training program, promote research and learning activities
• Collaborate with other organizations, vendors and third-party training providers to make & develop the training programs.

Job Requirement:

• Education background: Bachelor/Master degree
• Major: Degree in education, human resources or relevant field
• Foreign Languages: Korean good
• Working experience: At least 5 years of working experience at position of Leader/Manager , preferably having experience in training management in company which is in industrial zone
• Experience working in an electronics manufacturing company

Others:

• Have vision and ability to develope strategies
• Excellent communication and leadership skill
• Adapt with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
• Be honest, responsible, agile & active
• Experience in Human Resources, Training, Recruitment is an advantage
