Advise for the developing training & human resource development strategies
Orient and develop the training program with company’s direction
Organize training program, promote research and learning activities
Collaborate with other organizations, vendors and third-party training providers to make & develop the training programs.
Job Requirement:
Education background: Bachelor/Master degree
Major: Degree in education, human resources or relevant field
Foreign Languages: Korean good
Working experience: At least 5 years of working experience at position of Leader/Manager , preferably having experience in training management in company which is in industrial zone
Experience working in an electronics manufacturing company
Others:
Have vision and ability to develope strategies
Excellent communication and leadership skill
Adapt with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
Be honest, responsible, agile & active
Experience in Human Resources, Training, Recruitment is an advantage
