I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Job purpose
  • Keep the Business Running 24×7 for Sunjin’s IT infrastructure including servers, networking, workstations, databases and IT equipment, etc
  • Responsible for IT infrastructure planning, budgeting, project management, IT asset management, DRP/ BCP, and continuous improvement for responsible services.
• System management
  • Designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers and services includes AD, Email, Database, Files share, Backup, Virtualizations, VoIP…
  • Develop and manage system policies that apply to servers, workstations, user groups and users.
  • Perform monitoring, standardization and optimization of servers, services and workstations.
  • Develop and update system documents and specifications.
• Network management
  • Designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network devices (Router, Switch, Modem, Firewall…) and services (Internet, VPN, WAN, LAN …)
  • Planning and implementing network equipment installation for new offices and units.
  • Develop and manage network access policies to ensure network security.
  • Perform monitoring, standardization, and optimization of network switching and routing operations.
  • Develop and manage network documents and configurations.
• User support
  • Level 2/3 support related to system, network, security and problems with assigned responsibilities.

II. REQUIREMENTS

• Experience and knowledge
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a system & network administrator position, with working experience in Virtualization, Linux, Windows, Shell Script, AD, Exchange, IIS, Backup Exec, Mail gateway, and Cisco network devices.
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience in designing, deploying, managing network infrastructure, AD, Exchange, cloud services (MS365, Azure, AWS).
  • Have good knowledge about network model: switching, routing, vlan, policy base routing, wireless control… and network services: Firewalls, IPS, DHCP, DNS and HTTP/HTTPS…
  • Capable of developing and managing virtualizations systems, Windows Server, VMware…
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure models and cloud services.
