Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and tactics to promote our products
• Execute successful marketing campaigns from planning to implementation
• Create valuable and engaging content for our website and blog to attract and convert our target audience
• Establish strategic partnerships with key industry players and vendors
• Plan and oversee the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Review and approve marketing materials from the marketing team
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly
• Represent Consen Lab at industry events and conferences when required

Requirements

a) Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience as a marketing manager at a technology company with proven results and references
• Active user of web3 applications, knowledgeable about the wider web3 ecosystem, key projects, challenges, topical narratives, memes, etc.
• Proven track record of success in driving product adoption, revenue growth, and market share, especially within startups
• Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on Twitter and other social media platforms
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Excellent understanding of spoken and written English
• Excellent presentation skills, willingness to travel to conferences and key events to promote Consen Lab products and vision
