Job Description:

–        Having experience in reviewing various contracts and agreements (COMPULSORY)

–        Assisting in researching and providing legal opinion on requested matters;

–        Liaising with the state agency and other department to complete assigned tasks;

–        Detecting and advising on possible risks to the operation of the Company;

–        Updating relevant changes in legal systems and analyzing the influence of such changes;

–        Other assigned tasks relating to law/legal

Requirements & Qualifications:

–        Education background: University degree in Law/Legal

–        Having Lawyer Card and Lawyer Practice Certis an advantage

–        Major: Law/Legal

–        Foreign Languages: English

–        Korean is an advantage

–        Working Experience: 4-5 years

Others:

–        Good communication skills: Able to work independently and in collaboration with the other departments,

–        Good command of MS Office (Word,Power Point)
