• Take on the role of conducting research on laws, decrees,.. related to the field of Labor. Continuously update changes in government policies and regulations and proactively give accurate and reasonable advice on legal procedures and possible legal issues
• Establishing, maintaining and implementing relationships with labor government to achieve labor management objectives.
• Managing some types of contract-employee in the company
• Resolve complex issues if related to labor conflicts and disputes

Requirement:

• Majored in Law
• At least 3 years of experience
