1, Job Decription:

– Plan and manage all aspects of industrial engineering activitives in factories;

– Conduct studies in operations to maximize work flow and spatial utilization;

– Recommend acquiring the most appropriate equipment to expand or modify production lines;

– Ensure IE department goals are met and adhering to approved budgets;

– Automated report development reduced Process Operation & IE department’s plant performance 

reporting efforts;

– Role as the in-house consulting function of management and undertake special projects upon 

request;

– Assist the regional head of PO&IE to fulfill duties and responsibilities;

– Assist the regional head to lead, develop and mentor the regional PO&IE team;

– Streamline, standardize, improve, and automate, where possible, end-to-end processes;

– Coordinate and host project meetings with management level team members;

– Inform the regional head updated of project progress;

– Recommend project schedule and target adjustment as needed;

– Managed all IE acts on various IE and Lean projects in VNs factories;

2, Job requirements:

– University graduation in major of engineering;

– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience at management role in manufacturing field preferred;

– Good knowledge on the concept of Industrial Engineering & experience in the same field, project 

management experience; Good at English;

– Strong people management & leadership skill;

– Good in logical, analytical & problem – solving skill;

– Good understanding in automation machine;

– Leadership and teamwork, creative & innovate.
