• Over 2 years of experience (Manufacturing company preferred)
• Strong in recruitment, training, searching, and networking
• Deep knowledge about labor laws and HR policy
• Good at communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English

Job description

• Recruitment (60%)

⁃ Making plan and conduct all recruitment activities

⁃ Building and developing candidate database

⁃ Evaluating probation

⁃ Management and evaluation of renewal of labor contracts

• Training (40%)

⁃ Maintant Orientation training course.

⁃ Support Training activities in the Company

⁃ Operation of in-house organizational culture activities

• Other tasks are requested by Manager

Salary: upto 25 Mil
