Key Responsibilities

1. Compression & Transfer Mold machine management & improvement.
2. Support to install compression & transfer mold and troubleshooting.
3. Co-works to improve machine utilization with manufacturing, PM (Preventive Maintenance)
4. Co-works to analyze and to improve quality issues with PE (Process Engineer), PM.
5. Communicate with machine supplier to deep dive technical support.
6. Organizational document and technical report writing.
7. Attend for PO Spec review and machine buyoff

Requirements

1. Educational background: University.

2. Experience

• More than 5 years of experience as compression & transfer mold field service engineer.
• Experience for semiconductor equipment company like Towa, Besi Fico…etc.
• Have experience with mold machine undocking & docking, solving hard down troubles.
• Have experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) support (Recipe setup & Optimization)

3. Requirements

• Understand compression & transfer mold process.
• Work with relevant departments to resolve the issue.
• Manage all KPI (Key Performance Index) and activities and follow the orders of the part lead time.

4. Skills:

• English communication skill mandatory, Korean preference.
• Good in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Understanding of equipment PM, equipment mechanism.

• Thời gian: làm việc “Từ 8h-17h, Làm việc từ: thứ 2 – thứ 6 và thứ 7 cách tuần”
• Xe đưa đón: Có các tuyển xe đưa đón từ nội thành Hà Nội, thành phố Bắc Ninh và 1 số huyện tại Bắc Ninh
• Bữa trưa: Cung cấp suất ăn trưa tại công ty
• Kí túc xá: Chưa có
• Quy trình phỏng vấn 2 vòng: 1 vòng online và 1 vòng trực tiếp
