1. Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
2. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
3. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
4. Provide HR policy guidance
5. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning (working hour, attrition rate…)
6. Identify training needs for teams and individuals
7. Evaluate training programs (Sharing and learning course…)
8. Co-operate with Foxconn China & Taiwan for related work
9. Work with top management for promotion twice a year
10. Report to customer and meeting with customer when needed
11. Co-operate with Foxconn Central & other site for new Hr policy
12. Biweekly meeting with Foxconn VN all sites Top management and HR Manager
A Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or Human resources
• Typically, +5 years’ relevant experience
• Has experience in one of these HR’s function (Recruitment, C&B, ER, LnD).
• Good Chinese is must have, English communication.
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
• Excellent people management skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill with requisite interpersonal skills to partner, collaborate and build relationships with regional teams
