Description:

Identify potential business clients through market research, networking, and industry events.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ pain points, challenges, and goals.
Tailor product or service presentations to address specific client needs.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale by addressing any concerns and providing ongoing support.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Use market insights to refine sales strategies.
Utilize CRM tools and sales data to track progress, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions
Collaborate effectively with the sales team, product specialists, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Age between 28-32.
Language: Chinese and local language.
Proven experience in B2B sales or a related role.
Strong understanding of the products/services being offered.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements in the industry (if applicable).
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Location: HCMC /Remote

Working Schedule: 5 days a week

Salary: 30,000,000 + commission
