·  Can work independence, able to work under pressure.

·          Support NC engineer to evaluate and select necessary cutting tools for new products

·         Work with Vendor to solve tool related problems.

·         Design special tools to use for new products.

·         Make a list to order and control tools for new products

·         Evaluate and improve processes in the production system.

·         Set the grinding tool standard again

·         Monitor tool change cycles

·         Other duties assigned by manager.
