I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

This role involves two main tasks: software development and user support. In software development, you’ll create and maintain web/mobile applications, including work on Sunjin’s system. For user support, you’ll assist end-users with program issues and provide documentation and training to end-user for smooth operation.

  • Software development

    – Incharge for developing and maintaining the SFA (Sales Force Automation) system.- Involved in developing Sunjin’s systems, such as HRM, SAP, and others.- Works with internal Business Analysts and key Users to develop softwares/solutions to fulfill business needs.- Apply new technologies and frameworks to develop flexible solutions that are suitable for the company’s business.
  • User support:– Be the first-point contact for troubleshooting, and resolve issues/challenges related to business applications from users within the company.
  • Company main business applications:

    – ERP (SAP B1), SFA, HRM, GOOGLE WORKPLACE
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of JAVA development experience. Experience in operating CRM/SFA is preferred:- Spring Framework, JSP, JavaScript, RDBMS (ORACLE, MS-SQL)- Ability to set up and WebSphere Application Server (Tomcat)- Ability to understand and develop Rest APIs
  • Have knowledge about Windows, Linux
  • Can understand English documents and make reports by English
  • Preference will be given to candidates working in internal companies

III. WORKPLACE & WORK TIME

  • Workplace: Floor 12A, Sofic Tower, 10 Mai Chi Tho, Thu Thiem Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
  • Work time: 7:30 – 16:30 (Monday – Saturday), off 2 Saturdays a month
