Job Summary

The Sales Leader will establish Magenest’s footprint in Thailand, drive sales and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in tech solutions, e-commerce and be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success.

Your Responsibilities

Business Development & Strategy

  • Translate Magenest business strategy into a comprehensive execution plan for the assigned territory
  • Acquire new accounts & generate a healthy funnel including new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s presence in Thailand
  • Manage account relationship, senior-level positioning, effective account mapping
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide suitable solutions and proposals catering each client’s needs
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management
  • Market analysis and align company strategy with market trends

Branding & Networking

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and branding plans & activities
  • Attend networking activities like tradeshows, conference, webinars, etc. to spread Magenest’s brand name and build relationships

Leadership & People Management

  • Build and scale a team of professionals in Thailand as we expand our footprint in the market
  • Overall management and handle administrative tasks related to the representative office

Job requirements

Professional Skillset

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management, team management, or growth management roles
  • Experience in solution & consultative sales of IT Infrastructure Solutions
  • Track record of selling solutions and managing enterprise accounts across multiple technology domains, mainly in eCommerce.
  • Experience in the IT Solution Industry (Ecommerce system, CRM, ERP, Cloud solution, etc.)

Business Development Skillset

  • Strong business and market understanding, delivering differentiated commercial strategies to serve Magenest’s short- and long- term growth strategies.
  • Communication—Ability to tailors communication to the client’s needs with authority; effectively delivers presentations and has strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Networking experience; Ability to establish rapport, credibility & influence at all levels of an organization, including C-suite
  • Experience in solution consulting and software development process

Others

  • Preferable: Thai citizen or other nationals (fluent in Thai and English)
  • Must be target oriented, self-starter, and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent English communication.
