1. Job description:

● Lead and manage teams to ensure the timely development of projects. Projects primarily involve the use of Ruby on Rails.

● Suggest and propose solutions to address issues and enhance project performance.
Gợi ý, đề xuất các giải pháp để giải quyết vấn đề và cải thiện hiệu suất cho dự án.

● Suggest, evaluate new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Gợi ý, đánh giá các công nghệ mới để tối đa hóa hiệu quả phát triển.

● Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximizedevelopment efficiency.
Liên tục tìm tòi, đánh giá và triển khai các công nghệ mới để tối đa hóa hiệu quả phát triển.

● Supervise and support team members in completing tasks, as well as enhancing their skills.
Giám sát và hỗ trợ các thành viên trong nhóm hoàn thành nhiệm vụ cũng như nâng cao kỹ năng của họ.

● Efficiently manage project progress, quality, and resources.
Quản lý tiến độ dự án, chất lượng và nguồn lực một cách hiệu quả.

● Evaluate team members’ performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement and development.
Đánh giá hiệu suất của các thành viên trong nhóm và đưa ra phản hồi mang tính xây dựng để đảm bảo cải tiến và phát triển liên tục.

● Stay updated on the latest trends, newest technologies, and best practices in development and project management.

2. Requirements:

● Graduated from college/university with a major in Information Technology.
Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng/đại học về chuyên ngành công

● At least 4 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails, 7 years of experience with Ruby.
Từ 4 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với Ruby on Rails, 7 năm kinh nghiệm đối với Ruby.

● At least 4 years of experience as a Team Leader 10-20 members.
Có ít nhất 4 năm kinh nghiệm Team leader 10-20 thành viên.

● Proficient in understanding and effectively operating MVC, ORM, and RESTful concepts.
Nắm rõ và vận hành tốt các khái niệm MVC, ORM, RESTful.

● Thorough understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.
Nắm rõ về lập trình hướng đối tượng, SOLID Principles.

● 3 years of experience with AWS or app deployment experience.
Có 3 năm kinh nghiệm với AWS hoặc kinh nghiệm triển khai app.

● At least 5 years of experience in database design and working with MySQL/PostgreSQL.
Từ 5 năm kinh nghiêm thiết kế database và làm việc với MySQL/PostgreSQL.

● At least 3 years of experience working with Docker (Docker Compose, Docker Swarm).
Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với Docker (Docker Compose , Docker Swarm).

● Basic knowledge of FrontEnd: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery and Reactjs.

● Capable of independently exploring and learning new technologies.
Có khả năng tự tìm tòi học hỏi công nghệ mới.

● Experienced in independently implementing CI/CD workflows for projects (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.).
Có kinh nghiệm tự triển khai flow CI/CD cho projects (github actions, CircleCI, v.v.v).

● Experienced in working with unit tests.
Đã làm việc với unit test.

3. Benefits:
