Job Responsibilities:

–        Develop manufacturing process by drawing analysis to satisfy all customer requirements.

–        Project management including project milestone & resources plan control.

–        Deploy developing production of trial, first article to fit with delivery target.

–        Develop engineering documents: BOM, production router, work instructions, etc.

–        Manage quality issues during development (NPI) & develop solution for transfer to mass production.

–        Report & evaluate process/production & develop Quality/Cost/Delivery solution for mass production.

–        Customer design consultant in section of manufacturing concerns.

–        Engineering lead for cost saving & efficiency improvements.

Job Qualifications:

–        More than 2 years’ experience in conventional machining (lathe, mill, grind, etc.)

–        Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent (related to mechanical, machining).

–        Strong in drawing interpretation (GD&T) is a must.

–        Solid experience to handle NPI project, resources control.

–        Good English communication skills, verbal and writing.

–        Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with other department from different technical backgrounds.
