Job Description:

• Customer order processing and delivery fulfillment
• Receiving, validating, and processing sales order.
• Liaise with suppliers, 3PL warehouse, forwarders, and local transporter to ensure on time delivery.
• Co-ordinate with sales personnel on their queries ，eg: stock status/ delivery fulfillment date.
• Review inventory levels and customer orders in order to meet customer expected delivery date
• Manage inventory & arrange stock transfer among the warehouse if necessarily
• Continually monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supply for sales while minimizing excess or expired inventory.
• Coordinate with 3PL to schedule cycle count for warehouse stock.
• Import – Check import procurement, tracking, document preparation, Import cost analysis & Import Shipment Analysis, document filing.
• Export – Check export orders, tracking, document preparation (health certificate, certificate of origin, invoice, packing list etc), export cost analysis, document filing.
• Payment document preparation regarding logistics services.
• Ensure shipment and inventory transaction accuracy.
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
• Any other ad-hoc duties to be assigned from time to time required by superior.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Logistic and Transport or Warehouse Management or equivalent.
2. At least one year related work experience.
3. Knowledgeable in Custom Laws, regulations and procedures.
4. Familiar with all Custom, Import and Export procedures and terms.
5. Pro-active with the ability to anticipate problems and solve them.
6. Time conscious, keen on details and accurate in the provision of information.
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin and local language.
8. Computer literate.

• Salary: 15.000.000 – 18.000.000 vnđ
• No experience will train

• Working Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
