1. Job description

– Research, prepare and draft documents, give legal views as required by the Labor Law about labor management
– Working with state agencies and related agencies to carry out work on the Labor Law
– Participate in labor cases as assigned by the Company
– Compliance training for workers
– Control the company’s compliance with labor laws. Update new and amended legal regulations
– Participating in civil, criminal, and administrative cases as an authorized representative of a client or a protection/defense lawyer

2. Job requirements

– University graduated in Labor Law or other law
– 27 years old or above
– Preferably having a law practice certificate, especially about Labor Law.
– Have 3 years of experience working in a legal consultancy business at a lawyer’s office or law firm
– Having the ability to independently works, relationship with State agencies
– Fluent use of communicative English; Legal English
– Living in Hai Phong is advantage
