Requirements:
– Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
– Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
– Meet contractual conditions of performance
– Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
– Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones – At least 10 years experiences in Construction field.
– Have Leadership and human resources management skills
– Language requirements: Good at English, or Korean is prefer
– Understanding high technology like Cleanroom (CR)/HVAC/Process system/Utilities/Electrical system
