| Requirements | § Experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience.
§ Bachelor’s degree from an technique University : HUST, HAUI, MTA § Proficient in shop mathematical i.e. geometry and trigonometry, blueprint reading, geometric dimensioning and tolerances § Proficient in English. |
| Priority category | § Skilled at performing examinations and quality control inspections on products, materials, components, and parts on all types of standard and special products
§ 3-5 years relevant experience with CMM troubleshooting and programming utilizing PC-DMIS § Experience with hands-on inspection activities such as first article inspection, capability studies, § Ability to read, interpret and calculate blueprint GD&T dimensions § Knowledge of and experience with GD&T § Good communication skills including the ability to receive oral/written instruction and relay quality issues to others. § Proficient using MS Office and experience using Quality Control related software § Ability to work independently or in teams § Ability to independently resolve standard assignments |
| Job description | § Develop 2 and 3-axis,5-axis N/C processes for development hardware (i.e., machining programs, tooling,) as well as 4 and 5 axis N/C processes
§ Set up and operation of machine tool equipment (both N/C and standard-types to support development/production cell activities) § Work to blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions to produce development hardware § Perform in-process dimensional checks, including CMM operations/set up § Troubleshoot process issues § Create development/production planning and support revisions of production planning as appropriate for process changes § Provide direction to other skilled employees involved with development and production § Perform other related duties as required
