Essential Duties:

• Consult the CEO and execute the data-driven strategy to achieve the business objectives.
• Build/lead BI Team to fit the strategic plan.
• Has worked directly for a CEO
• Support design & build Data Warehouse.
• Directly working with the US Manager to deliver tasks.
• Interpret data with regard to Financials / Operations / Inventory
• Design, validate/test, and maintain the report system to fit all requirements.
• Present the report/findings (in English) to stakeholders
• Active working with stakeholders to propose new ideas – execute the ideas to help the business achieve the overall goal.

Qualifications/Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
• Proficient use of Microsoft SQL.
• Proficient use of Power BI.
• Qualitatively Trained / Quantitative Methods.
• Degree in Data Science / Data Analysis / Mathematics is a plus.
• Perfect English Skills.
• Have a good understanding of the Data Warehouse
• Excellent presentation and data visualization skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Can work some US hours/days
• Has knowledge about the process of a production company is a plus.
• Has worked with an investment company is a plus
• Worked in US Market or used to study in US is a plus
• Has leadership skill is a plus.
