Job description:

Analyze, capture, and gain insight into your organization’s business. BA focuses on understanding customer needs, identifying problems, and proposing solutions to improve processes or systems. Collect and analyze data, define requirements, design systems and support project implementation.

Request:

Skill:
– Excellent at verbal and written skill
– Base IT
– A good understanding of business and respective functional domain
– Good skill at using tool for business modeling, business and technical workflow/diagram, creating mockup/wireframe
– Experience at Martech is a advance
– Good skill at analys, design, communication and presentation
– Experience with Agile methodology, scrum framework

Qualification:
– Graduated from University or above
– Business analysis certificate preferred
– TOEIC 600+ or equivalent Work Experience
– Minimum 5 years in a related field

Salary and benefits:

• Salary: 15M – 40M
• Other benefits will be discussed during the interview

Location and working hours: 

• Monday – Saturday morning, 9h-6h30 T2-T6, 9h-12h T7
