Job Description

• Work with local and central State Agencies regarding the company’s activities.
• Prepare reports as required by local authorities concerned (DoC, DoPI, HEZA, Immigration Department, Department etc.).
• Prepare reports on legal works and issues of the company under the requests of top managers.
• Propose legal advice, consult for company’s activities and requests.
• Research legal documents, advise and compose documents as required by management.
• Review and revise the company’s procedures in legal field.
• Perform other jobs under the requests of company.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education background
• Regular law university graduation.
• Had the lawyer card.
• Major: Law, Legal
• Gender: Male
• Foreign Languages English/ Korean is an advantage

Working Experience

• At least 10 years of experience as a lawyer/ in-house lawyer.
• Good communication English/Korean skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Expertise in general legal knowledge.
• Having knowledge and experience in labor, finance, investment, enterprise, trade, import-export and intellectual property field.
• Experience in implementing and consulting various types of certificates (ERC, IRC), work permits, visa…
• Have good skills in managing, reporting, representing, reasoning, analyzing, problem-solving in an effective manner.
• Have independent as well as teamwork working skills.
• Have good skills of using office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Others

• Residing in Hai Phong city is an advantage.
• Age: prefer person aged from 35 to 42.
