Senior HR Executive – Him Lam International School

Working location: Him Lam International School Bac Ninh – Him Lam Green Park, Dai Phuc, Bac Ninh

I. Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for daily attendance tracking and report, monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services.
  • Process monthly attendance and send the result to C&B team at HO for the payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments to all employees.
  • Update and maintain the HR filling system including both soft copies and hard copies.
  • Prepare and track employment contracts, probation evaluation and notice in accordance with labor law and school’s policy.
  • Regularly review and update School Policies and Guidance in accordance with current laws including Internal or Vietnamese Regulation.
  • Develop, review and ensure effective and accurate implementation of human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
  • Be in a focal point to administer employee compensation and benefit programs to promote employee relations in workplace including explaining the policies, providing support, guidance and advices for staffs and manager
  • Be in charge of Student Health Insurance, PIT, Compulsory Social Insurance, healthcare insurance for Local and Expat Staffs including registration, claims, monthly report checking, closing book for leaving staffs and other issues.
  • Prepare and submit internal and external HR reports accurately and timely on periodic and ad-hoc basis.
  • Follow up all logistics for Expatriate staff according to the guide and policy from HO: medical insurance, settling in process, paperwork (Visa, work permit, the residence card, etc.)
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
  • Perform other duties reasonable assigned by HR Manager, Operation Manager or Head of School.

III. Requirements

1. Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or other related fields.

2. Experience

  • At least 3 years of working experience in similar position
  • Having experience in Education field is a strong plus

3. Skills & Knowledge

  • Good verbal and written English skills.
  • Be familiar with HR software.
  • Excellent Office and Computer skills.
  • Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under high pressure.
