• Description
• Represent Company as required in participating in legal proceedings, legal matters, civil matters
• Work with local and central State Agencies, Police… regarding the Company’s activities
• Prepare reports as required by local authorities concerned (DoC, DoPI, HEZA, Immigration Department ect)
• Propose legal advice, consult for company’s activities and requests
• Update new legal documents, prepare reviews of company procedures in different fields
• Other related jobs under requests of company

Request

• Bachelor/ Regular law University graduate, majored in Law/ legal
• Having lawyer certificate and lawyer card
• Good command of English
• At least 3-year experience in legal field practising at law-practising organizations and enterprises
• Having experience in working with State Agencies
• Expertise in general legal knowledge
• Having knowledge and experience in labor, finance, investment
• Good skills in reasoning, analyzing, problem-solving
• Age range from 1994 to 1952
