1. Job description:

Nội dung công việc:

● Responsible for overseeing, managing, and taking overall accountability for the assigned project.

Phụ trách, quản lý và chịu trách nghiệm chung về toàn bộ dự án được chỉ định.

● Build and manage schedule plans to ensure timely and accurate project progress and adherence to plans.
Xây dựng và quản lý kế hoạch lịch trình để đảm bảo đúng tiến độ và kế hoạch

● Create and manage documentation throughout the entire project developmentprocess.
Tạo và quản lý tài liệu trong toàn bộ quá trình phát triển dự án.

● Identify, monitor, manage, prevent, and resolve potential project issues.
Xác định, theo dõi, quản lý, ngăn chặn và giải quyết sự cố dự án có thể xảy ra.

● Measure project performance using tools such as Backlog and Jira.
Đo lường hiệu suất dự án bằng các công cụ như Backlog, Jira.

● Report assigned projects to the General Manager.
Report cho GM các dự án được chỉ định.

● Guide leaders in planning, anticipating potential project risks, and proposing
resolution strategies.Hướng dẫn và lên plan, dự đoán những rủi ro có thể phát sinh trong dự án và đưa ra phương án giải quyết.

● Project Management a team size ranging from 15 to 30 individuals.
Quản lý dự án quy mô nhóm khoảng 15 -> 30 người

2 . Requirements:

● Over 5 years of experience in project management with team sizes exceeding 15 members.
Trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án với team size trên 15 members.

● Mastery of project management methods and tools such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
Nắm vững các phương pháp và công cụ quản lý dự án như Agile, Scrum, Kanban.

● Possess skills in negotiation, leadership, and teamwork.
Có khả năng Negotiation, Leadership, Teamwork.

● Experience in programming in one of the following languages: Javascript, Ruby,Python, Java is a plus
Có kinh nghiệm lập trình 1 trong các ngôn ngữ sau: Javascript, Ruby, Python, Java là một lợi thế

● Proficient in communication in both written and spoken English or Japanese is a plus.
Giao tiếp thành thạo bằng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Nhật (cả viết và nói) là một lợi thế

● Salary range: 40 – 60Million VNĐ (Gross)
