Pros HR Advisors – client – LG Display Hai Phong is hiring

• Represent Company as required in participating in legal proceedings, legal matters, civil matters
• Work with local and central State Agencies, Police… regarding the Company’s activities
• Prepare reports as required by local authorities concerned (DoC, DoPI, HEZA, Immigration Department ect)
• Propose legal advice, consult for company’s activities and requests
• Update new legal documents, prepare reviews of company procedures in different fields
• Other related jobs under requests of company

Requirement

Bachelor/ Regular law University graduate, majored in Law/ legal

Having lawyer certificate and lawyer card

Good command of English

At least 3-year experience in legal field practising at law-practising organizations and enterprises

Having experience in working with State Agencies

Expertise in general legal knowledge

Having knowledge and experience in labor, finance, investment

Good skills in reasoning, analyzing, problem-solving
