Human Resources, Admin and Marketing Assistant

Job Scope
Marketing:
• Develop marketing strategies to promote products or services.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to formulate marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in human resources and marketing
practices.
HR and Administration:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, coordinate recruitment processes
including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Assist in preparing employment contracts, resignation notices, and other employment
documents.
• Assist in maintaining performance evaluation and assessment systems, track employee
goals and performance evaluations, provide feedback and support.
• Handle payroll matters, including calculating wages, maintaining payroll records,
ensuring timely payment and declaration of social security, individual income tax, assisting
employees in understanding benefit plans.
• Handle general queries and issues from employees, provide support and advice to
resolve disputes between employees.
• Ensure the company’s human resources practices comply with legal regulations and
labor laws.
• Assist in employee departure procedures, including retirement benefits, dismissal
procedures, and exit negotiations.
• Assist in the day-to-day administrative work of the human resources department, such as
document organization, payment of administrative expenses, to ensure the normal
operation of the company.
• Assist in maintaining office equipment, ensuring equipment is functioning properly.
• Execute any other duties/tasks as assigned by superiors.

营销部分:
• 制定营销策略来推广产品或服务。
• 分析市场趋势和客户偏好,以制定营销策略。
• 与跨职能团队合作执行营销活动。
• 培养并维持与客户和合作伙伴的关系。
• 不断发现人力资源和营销实践的改进机会。
人事及行政部分:
• 制定并实施招聘策略,协调招聘流程,包括筛选、面试和入职。
• 协助准备雇佣合同、离职通知和其他雇佣文件。
• 协助维护绩效评估和评估系统,跟踪员工目标和绩效评估,提供反馈和支持。
• 处理薪资事务,包括计算工资、维护薪资记录、确保社保、个税的缴付及申报按时完
成、协助员工了解福利计划。
• 处理员工的一般查询和问题,提供支持和建议,以解决员工之间的争议。
• 确保公司的人力资源实践符合法律法规及劳工法。
• 协助员工离职手续,包括退休金、解雇程序和离职谈判。
• 协助人事部门的日常行政工作,如文件整理、支付行政费用等,确保公司正常运作。
• 协助维护办公设备,确保设备正常运行。
• 根据上级的分配执行任何其他职责/任务。

Yêu cầu: Tốt nghiệp đại học, thành thạo tiếng Trung, có kinh nghiệm 1 năm trở lên vị trí tương đương.
