As we expand our online presence, we seek a seasoned Amazon FBA Team Manager to oversee a large-scale SKU management (approximately 150,000 ASINS) for our diverse range of products.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Amazon Team Manager / Team Lead / to manage approximately 150,000 ASINS and build a team of 5-10 direct reports. The role requires a hands-on leader who will oversee all aspects from product listings to optimization, and direct sales enhancement strategies for designated ASINs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings on Amazon, including keyword research, photo enhancements, and listing accuracy.
- Manage a team tasked with the entire listing lifecycle, ensuring high operational efficiency.
- Monitor product feedback and reviews, actively addressing and disputing any negative interactions.
- Analyze competitive SKUs and implement strategies to leverage competitive insights into our listings.
- Manage PPC campaigns and ensure accuracy in automotive fitment data.
- Resolve any listing suppressions or restrictions swiftly to maintain listing integrity.
- Drive sales growth for each assigned ASIN, crafting and executing effective strategies.

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in Amazon FBA, FBM, or 1P.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and guide a high-performing team.
- Deep understanding of Amazon’s marketplace, including SEO, PPC, and compliance issues.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with software development teams.
- Proficient with e-commerce analytics tools like Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, etcc.
