1.What You Will Do

•  Lead software development activities for broadband networking products.
• Design software architecture and define technical solutions on Embedded Linux
  platforms.
• Develop and maintain networking features related to WiFi, PON, Ethernet, and
  next-generation broadband technologies.
• Drive complex issue investigation across software, networking, and system
  integration domains.
•  Review code and promote software quality, maintainability, and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical capability growth within the team.
• Collaborate with global teams on project planning, technical alignment, and risk
  management.
• Take ownership of feature delivery and project execution from design to release

2. Candidate Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or
  related fields
• 5+ years of experience in embedded software or networking-related roles
• Proven experience leading technical projects or mentoring junior engineers.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols(TCP/IP, DHCP, QoS, etc.)
• Experience with Linux development environments, shell scripting, and build
  systems (Makefile, cross-compiling, porting)
• Good English skills for technical documentation/communication
• Nice to Have
  – Experience with WiFi 6/7, PON, Broadband, or Carrier-grade products

– Experience with Qualcomm, Broadcom, MediaTek, or Realtek platforms

– Experience working with global development teams
– Agile/Scrum project experience
