Job Description

• Be responsible for the formation of a vision development team of about 10 people;
• Task allocation and technical guidance, formulate development specifications and code review mechanisms;
• Control the whole project cycle (demand analysis → POC verification → on-site commissioning → delivery acceptance) to ensure customer SLA compliance;
•  Coordinate cross-departmental resources (mechanical/electrical/software teams) to solve system integration conflicts;
• Be responsible for the recruitment, training and performance appraisal of the development team to improve the overall technical level and work efficiency of the team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above; more than 3 years of vision application development experience, including at least 1 year of experience as a technical supervisor, development manager or equivalent team management position;
• Proficient in C++/C#/MFC/Qt: with solid object-oriented programming ability, familiar with multi-threading, network programming and memory management,
• Able to efficiently develop high-performance vision applications; master algorithm libraries such as OpenCV/Halcon/VisionPro
• Familiar with core algorithms such as image processing, feature extraction, matching and 3D reconstruction, and able to select appropriate toolchains according to project requirements;
• aged 26-45;
• Able to speak Chinese.
