Job Description

• Be responsible for the formation of a software development team of about 10 people;
• Formulate milestone plans according to project goals and needs, monitor project progress, and timely discover and solve risks and problems in the project;
• Formulate delivery time nodes for each stage in system development projects to ensure the project is launched on time;
• Be responsible for the recruitment, training and performance appraisal of the development team to improve the overall technical level and work efficiency of the team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above; more than 3 years of software development experience, including at least 1 year of experience as a technical supervisor, development manager or equivalent team management position;
• Proficient in computer development languages such as C#, Python, C++, LabVIEW;
• Must have successful experience in leading or deeply participating in the whole life cycle (demand, design, development, testing, launch, operation and maintenance) of large projects from 0 to 1;
• Led medium and large projects (team size ≥10 people, cycle ≥6 months); familiar with agile development process;
• Able to formulate detailed project plans and reasonably arrange project progress and resource allocation;
• Aged 26-45;
• Able to speak Chinese.
