1. Job Responsibilities:

• Design, define, and execute test plans and validation strategies for broadband
  networking products.
• Perform functional, performance, stability, and regression testing.
•  Use network diagnostic tools such as Wireshark and Tcpdump to investigate
  issues and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce defects and ensure product
  quality.
• Build and improve QA processes, testing standards, and validation
  methodologies.
• Establish automation testing roadmaps and promote QA best practices.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and support team capability growth.
• Drive release readiness and continuous improvement of product quality and test
  coverage.

2. Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Broadband, Networking, or Telecom product
  validation.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, and network
  troubleshooting.
•  Hands-on experience with network diagnostic and packet analysis tools
  (Wireshark, Tcpdump, etc.).
•  Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading testing activities.
•  Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional
  teams.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics &
• Telecommunications, or related fields

3. Nice to Have:

• Experience using issue tracking tools such as JIRA or Redmine.
•  Hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks (e.g., Python, Robot Framework, Shell scripting).
•  Familiarity with TR-069, TR-369, or Broadband CPE validation.
•  ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications.
