The job holder will analyze and identify business problems and issues through internal and external data sources and provide insights to key stakeholders and decision makers.
The job holder will work closely with development team to manage development progress,
perform UAT testing & provide reports as required.
2. Key Accountabilities
Understand digital insurance business processes to translate business needs and requirements into business documents, process diagrams, user stories, and wireframes to support product and system development.
Analyze, create, and validate end-to-end health insurance processes and detail functional
specifications for digital applications.
Propose modifications and improvements to existing business processes and digital workflows to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop business documentation, user guides, and operational manuals.
Collect and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and internal operational data related to health insurance and digital channels to provide business insights and improvement recommendations.
Handle other tasks upon request from management.

Manager: Head of Digital Business
Internal stakeholders: Digital Business Team, IT, Product, Legal & Risk, relevant divisions and subsidiaries
External stakeholders: Vendors, Customers, other partners
II. Requirements
Minimum 04 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, insurance, fintech, or digital product environments.
Minimum 02 years of experience in Health Insurance, with good understanding of health
insurance products, claims processes, and policy lifecycle.
Good analytical & logical thinking
Good English communication skills (TOEIC 700+)
Experience working on multiple initiatives or projects concurrently in a fast-paced
Experience in Agile Product Development with solid understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.
Working onsite in Hanoi
