I. What You Will Do
1. Perform functional and system-level testing for broadband networking products.
2. Design and execute test plans, test scenarios, and regression testing activities.
3. Conduct performance, stability, and interoperability testing.
4. Use network diagnostic tools such as Ping, Tcpdump, and Wireshark to
investigate issues.
5. Analyze logs and packet captures to identify root causes and report defects
clearly.
6. Collaborate with firmware and software engineers to reproduce and resolve
issues.
7. Support automation testing using Python, Robot Framework, or Shell scripting.
8. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and test coverage.
II. Requirements:
1. 1–3 years of experience in Broadband, Networking, Telecom, or related product
validation.
2. Understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, and basic networking concepts.
3. Familiar with network diagnostic and packet analysis tools (Wireshark, Tcpdump,
etc.).
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics &
Telecommunications, or related fields.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience using JIRA, Redmine, or other defect tracking systems.
2. Familiarity with Router, AP, Gateway, ONU, Broadband CPE, TR-069, or
TR-369 validation.
3. ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications.
