1. Job overview and Responsibility:

ReactJS Developer will be part of a fast growing team of developers to support a range of front end and back end projects for a medium Australian client. You will be working with a small team of senior developers and QA initially to build velocity and support as a foundation team. We work within an Agile SCRUM methodology.

Domain: Real estate and property management

Team size: > 15 (AU and India)

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js.
• Manage state with Redux, handle async flows using Thunk/Saga, and optimize data fetching with React Query.
• Integrate with backend APIs and ensure responsive, optimized UI.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments via CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

2. Must have skills and experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Redux, React Query, and async handling (Thunk/Saga).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of web performance, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to communicate well in English with foreign clients

3. Prefer if candidate has the following:

•  Experience working with foreign companies, in particular Australia
•  Experience working in a fast paced agile team
•  Is available to travel to Australia where required
•  Experience with React Native for mobile app development.
