I/ Overview
The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of human resources activities, including Training, Recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and other HR functions. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and a supportive candidate who is willing to all HR & Admin task.
II/ Role & Responsibility:
Learning & Development (40%):
- Training Needs Analysis: Identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals.
- Training Design & Delivery: Develop and deliver training to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Vendor Management: Source and manage external training vendors, ensuring quality solutions.
- Training Evaluation: Measure training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
- On boarding & Development: Support on boarding programs and development initiatives to enhance employee retention and growth.
Company Culture (30%):
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Support events, activities, and recognition programs that enhance employee morale and team collaboration.
- Prepare things relating events as posters for pre-event and post-event to ensure the safety and purpose of the events
HR Generalist (30%):
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment processes to attract and on board top talent.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist in developing competitive compensation strategies and managing benefits.
- Performance Management: Support performance reviews and assist in setting employee goals.
- Employee Relations: Address concerns, ensuring a positive work environment.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reports on HR metrics and training effectiveness.
- HR Policy Implementation: Help develop and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance.
III/ REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
Major in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or other related fields
- English Advance Level is a must
- Korean language is a plus
EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources, in Global Company
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs.
- Experience in sourcing and managing external vendors for training solutions.
- Have understanding of recruitment processes, compensation & benefits, and performance management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across departments and at all levels of the organization.
