Single-position role covering Organizational Culture and Training & Development

Ideal candidate: Able to independently manage all aspects of internal culture and training programs
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Company Culture Strategy Planning & Execution
Develop annual culture roadmap (master plan) and detailed implementation plans
Propose creative and meaningful ideas for internal events (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Act as Project Manager for company events and activities (team-building, Year-End Party, CSR programs, office campaigns, birthdays, etc.)
Create pre- and post-event management plans, monitor progress, and evaluate effectiveness
Plan and manage budgets/resources, allocate costs appropriately, and negotiate with vendors for fair pricing and timely delivery
2. Visualization & Communication
Strengthen internal communication using visual tools and office channels
Regularly manage and update content across all internal platforms
Develop creative concepts: design posters, produce video clips, decorate office information boards in line with management direction
Act as MC for small office events, ensuring smooth flow and engagement
3. Analysis & Feedback Management
Prepare employee survey questions, conduct surveys, and analyze results
Visualize data for reporting and extract insights to propose improvements
Prepare internal approval documents and ensure required documentation for management review
4. Training & Development
Identify training needs through surveys, feedback, and observation
Develop annual training roadmap aligned with company goals
Research and select training vendors (online/offline), negotiate pricing, and ensure quality delivery
Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records
5. General HR Support
Assist senior HR team members in recruitment, training, and operational tasks
Support other HR-related tasks as assigned
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a related role (Company Culture, Event Organization, Training & Development, etc.)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HR, Business Administration, or related)
Languages: Advanced English proficiency; Korean is a plus
