(1) Objective
Join us as an Air-Freight Sourcing Leader to lead strategic partnerships with airlines and
logistics providers, driving competitive solutions and operational excellence in global air
freight sourcing.
(2) Job Responsibility:
– Identify, source, and assess Airline’s performance to ensure quality, costeffectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services. Manage and Evaluate the
logistics service provider. Establish the Global Pricing Governances
– Establish and maintain strong relationship with Airlines and Logistics Service
Providers to negotiate favorable rates, service levels, and strategic partnership
– Manage contract negotiations, including rate agreements, service commitments,
and performance metrics
– Engage and drive negotiations and involve in RFQ bidding with Air freight to secure
the best rates in terms of pricing and space for cost saving/ efficiency
– Develop and establish the optimal air procurement strategy to maximize the revenue
through Air product solutions enhancement as a leader
– Collaborate with Innovation and Operations team to develop the best/ most effective
Air products solutions to potential clients
– Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key airline/LSP
partners. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize procurement processes
and ensure alignment with business goals
– Ensure compliance with international air cargo regulations, including customs,
security, and environmental standards
– Logistics Integration/ Local contract – Setup the customer’s Purchasing & Pricing
rate. Based on the rate, implement the integrated contract and select the optimized
Logistics service provider
(3) REQUIREMENTS:
(a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
– Bachelor’s degree with major in Business Administration, Transportation,
Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred
(Industrial engineering, Technology, Business management related knowledge
is preferred)
– Air sales or pricing, procurement experience is a must
– Working experience with dealing the integrated contract/ setup spot rate
strategy in a Global Logistics company (Airlines/ Forwarder)
(b)EXPERIENCE:
– Minimum 15+ years of related working experience in Global Logistics Company
or Airline/ Air Freight industry
– Deep understanding of Air spot rate and Supply Chain Management
– Strong in Air cargo sales experience- B2B Sales and Marketing Experience
– Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with carriers and coloaders
– Experience with Global Account or pricing in Headquarter/ Regional Head

(c) SKILLS:
– Strong understanding of air freight operations, capacity management, and cost
structures.
– Proven track record in negotiating with airlines and logistics service providers.
– Excellent communication and relationship-building/networking skills with
internal teams and external partners.
– Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
– Proficient in data analysis and financial modelling to support decision-making.
– Familiarity with digital logistics platforms and their integration with business
processes is a plus.
– English advanced level
– Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft computer skills especially Power point and Exce
