1. BROAD SCOPE

Carry out tasks related to Air Freight Consolidation assigned by the Leader. This position requires a person with a good background in operation Air Freight Logistics.

2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and coordinate all sales activities related to airfreight consolidation services.
• Set and track sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to adjust strategies and maximize revenue.
• Work closely with pricing, operations teams to ensure a seamless sales-to-service process.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and performance reviews for senior management.

3. REQUIREMENTS:

a. EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

• University graduated.
• English skill in writing/speaking.

b. EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Air Freight Forwarding industry.
• At least 2 years in a managerial position, preferably in pricing or procurement.

c. SKILLS:

• Computer: Good at Excel.
• Good communication & hard working under high pressure.
